Cikini area is nice. From the hotel you can walk in 10min to the train station and go to Old Town in about 20min. Also there is a money changer inside the gold center just opposite the station. Raka at the front desk was helpful and willing to accommodate our room requests. Bed was very comfortable. Room size was OK. There is a water distributor outside of the elevator which serves the entire floor

I have short trip and I choose Mercure Cikini as my home, and yesss it met my expectations. Their staff very friendly, especially in Receptionist. I asked some reccommend food nearby and they gave me some suggestion, thank you guys!! And also This is kids friendly hotel cause they have kids area near by lobby, and also I love the rooftop bar there, I feel like home, and will comeback soon

Breakfast was amazing! Great selection of food they had. I could have eaten there all the time. The room was simple, clean and with enough room for 2 people to move around. The shower was strong and the bathroom decent. The pool at the top is a nice place to relax (if only they lowered the music volume!). The staff, especially the cleaning staff, were very friendly and helpful. They helped us arrange a taxi back to the airport, nice of them to do this for us.

Clean. Friendly staff. The staff was very kind and also the managers asked me every day How I’ve been doing, which was nice. Pool and rooftop bar which is nice. Good location.

Located at the center of Jakarta. Near with the train station. Arrived at the midnight. Receptionist was really friendly, he assist us and explain all the benefit that we got. Kids friendly hotel. Love the rooftop bar. I can see A great view of Jakarta. Definitely will come back

Great room with big bed big windows with lots of light with the sun coming in until dark. The room was very clean and everything in good order. Breakfast was great with lots of food and the food was hot not warm, which was good. Parking was easy enough and there was lots of space under the hotel. Being a member we could have checked out much later in the afternoon which was a great offer to be given buy alas we had places to be.

Extremely friendly staff who did not hesitate to help us and spoil us in all our wishes. Thank you, anytime again! Breakfast is splendid and a lavish walk through excellent Indonesian cuisine and beyond!

I hope for booking to be paid in the property, you inform 1 or 2 weeks before to settle the booking as compared of informing me on the day of the arrival at property that you MIGHT cancel the room availability.

The location is awesome. Everything I need is in walking distance, for example, minimarket, public library, food stalls, and many more.
