I stayed at Mercure Jakarta Cikini and it truly felt like a home away from home. The room was always clean, the team was consistently helpful, and all facilities from the gym to the laundry were easy to access. The affordable rate made long-term staying possible without sacrificing comfort. Plus, the high-speed Wi-Fi allowed me to stay productive every single day. Couldn’t ask for more!

Cikini area is nice. From the hotel you can walk in 10min to the train station and go to Old Town in about 20min. Also there is a money changer inside the gold center just opposite the station. Raka at the front desk was helpful and willing to accommodate our room requests. Bed was very comfortable. Room size was OK. There is a water distributor outside of the elevator which serves the entire floor

Incredible stay. I stay here to celebrate my birthday, the staff were very attentive. They fullfill my needs including decorate in room birthday decoration. Exceptional service they are given. It's trully memorable for us

I have short trip and I choose Mercure Cikini as my home, and yesss it met my expectations. Their staff very friendly, especially in Receptionist. I asked some reccommend food nearby and they gave me some suggestion, thank you guys!! And also This is kids friendly hotel cause they have kids area near by lobby, and also I love the rooftop bar there, I feel like home, and will comeback soon

Breakfast was amazing! Great selection of food they had. I could have eaten there all the time. The room was simple, clean and with enough room for 2 people to move around. The shower was strong and the bathroom decent. The pool at the top is a nice place to relax (if only they lowered the music volume!). The staff, especially the cleaning staff, were very friendly and helpful. They helped us arrange a taxi back to the airport, nice of them to do this for us.

my short escape with family to stay. Kids friendly hotel. They provide claw machine and dingdong and giant sliding. My kids were really enjoy. And for breakfast, I think this is the best one. Variative and tasty. All staff very friendly

Located at the center of Jakarta. Near with the train station. Arrived at the midnight. Receptionist was really friendly, he assist us and explain all the benefit that we got. Kids friendly hotel. Love the rooftop bar. I can see A great view of Jakarta. Definitely will come back

Clean. Friendly staff. The staff was very kind and also the managers asked me every day How I’ve been doing, which was nice. Pool and rooftop bar which is nice. Good location.
